公司成立于2008年1月，注册资本1亿元，是哈投集团的全资子公司。

       公司主要从事哈尔滨市“民生工程”的投资、融资与建设。先后参与了棚户区改造项目和市政道路建设工程，累计完成融资额55亿元。2013年受市政府委托负责香坊区公滨路棚户区改造项目资金的筹措以及回迁安置用房的建设，累计完成投资8亿元，建设回迁房1232套，廉租房41套、公租房85套。

The company was founded in January 2008 with registered capital of RMB 100 million, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hatou Group.

The company mainly engaged in the investment, financing and construction of "livelihood project" in Harbin. It has successively participated in the shanty town renovation project and municipal road construction project, completing the accumulative financing of RMB 5.5 billion.
